Precision Auto was founded in 2008 by Marcus Holloway, a passionate mechanic with a vision to provide honest and reliable auto repair services to the Seattle community. Starting as a small, two-bay shop in the Rainier Valley, Precision Auto quickly gained a reputation for its commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
In the early years, Marcus focused on building a team of skilled and dedicated mechanics who shared his passion for cars and commitment to excellence. The team worked tirelessly to provide a wide range of services, from routine maintenance to complex engine repairs. Word of mouth spread quickly, and Precision Auto soon became a trusted name in the local auto repair industry.
As the business grew, Precision Auto expanded its services and invested in state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. This allowed the team to diagnose and repair vehicles more efficiently and effectively. In 2015, Precision Auto moved to a larger, more modern facility on Rainier Avenue South. The new shop featured six bays, a comfortable waiting area, and a dedicated customer service team. This expansion allowed Precision Auto to serve even more customers and provide a wider range of services.
Today, Precision Auto is a thriving auto repair shop with a loyal customer base. The company remains committed to its founding principles of honesty, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
